NORTON, VA - Samuel James Lackey, age 83, died Saturday, July 23, 2016, at home with his loving family by his side. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Hagy Fawbush Funeral Home, Norton, VA from 12 noon - 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Lee Kidd officiating.
