San Jose Police Arrest A Man In Connection With Rape And Attempted Rape

Police said Thursday they had arrested a man responsible for two attempted rapes and one rape, describing 24-year-old Ulysses Rios as a 'predator'' who drove around the city looking for women he could give rides to then assault.
