German software giant SAP will acquire travel and expense software company Concur for $8.3 billion. The deal is expected to close in late 2014 or early 2015. SAP will pay $129 a share for Bellvue, Washington-based Concur. The company's share price was $107 a share at the end of the trading day Thursday.
