Saturday Deadline For Va. Absentee In-person Voting

RICHMOND Virginia voters who want to cast absentee ballots in person for next week's election are running out of time. Saturday is the deadline for voters to apply and vote absentee in person. The deadline to vote absentee by mail was Nov. 1. There are more than a dozen ways to qualify to vote by absentee ballot.
