On Monday, police charged Sistrunk, 28, of Southwood Drive, Stamford, with identity theft, falsely procuring a credit card, sixth-degree larceny and two counts of attempted sixth-degree larceny. Because Sistruck used her own card it voided the transaction, but the cards belonging to the woman were used elsewhere, including a gas station where Sistrunk is accused of filling up her car, Scanlan said.
