Scattered areas of traffic congestion in the Wyoming Valley could add a few minutes onto the commute this morning. Heavy congestion is reported in the northbound lanes of Interstate 81 south of Dupont, but Interstate 476 is free of congestion. Scattered areas of minor congestion are reported on Routes 315 and 115. The North Cross Valley Expressway is free of congestion, but some could be encountered on the off-ramps.
