CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — When residents in Newmarket, New Hampshire, opposed a $45 million project to build a new school earlier this year, classroom size, safety and disability code compliance, and poor technology problems lingered for students there. School communities and lawmakers are preparing to fight to reinstate school building aid money in the next budget to pay for school repairs.
