Schwarz Partners In Mill Deal

An Indianapolis-based holding company is part of a deal to buy three U.S. containerboard mills for $470 million, according to an agreement from the world's largest pulp and paper producer. With the deal, International Paper Co. fulfilled a settlement related to its purchase of Temple-Inland.
