A STUNNING blonde temptress, last seen in a skin-tight black spaghetti-strap top, leggings and heels, is being sought for luring a Thai tourist from a Manhattan bar to his Times Square hotel room and leaving with his Rolex, cash and jewelry, cops said Friday.
