Semgroup Corp. Agrees To Merger Proposal With Rose Rock Midstream

By Adam Wilmoth Energy Editor awilmoth@oklahoman.comTULSA — SemGroup Corp. has agreed to buy back Rose Rock Midstream LP in a merger deal worth almost $390 million. Under terms of the proposed all-stock transaction, Rose Rock unit holders would receive 0.8136 shares of SemGroup stock for every Rose Rock unit they control.
