WESTMINSTER — A semi-trailer driver was cited for failing to maintain an assured clear distance following an accident at about 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 6200 block of Bellefontaine Road. The Allen County Sheriff’s Office reported a female driver with two children was driving east on Bellefontaine Road, or state Route 117, when she stopped to turn left into a drive.
