PROVIDENCE, R.I. — U.S. Sen. Jack Reed said Friday that he's concerned about the shrinking condition of the State Department, and the impact of an "impulsive, off-the-cuff" meeting being planned between President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un."The concern here is, they don't have that depth at State Department," Reed said during a wide-ranging interview with Edward Achorn, The Journal's editorial-pages editor and host of "The Insiders" podcast.
