Seniors Get Computers, Lessons From Widefield Teens

Ralph Jordan, 77, has a master's degree and decades of experience serving in the Army and in civilian life working as a purchasing agent.But he doesn't know how to use a computer."My wife and I went to the doctor's office, and they said sign in on the computer. I said I don't use a computer."He does now.Jordan was one of several senior citizens who on Thursday learned the basics from the experts: teenagers.Widefield School District 3's Positive Action Team raised $4,400 this school year to benefit the Fountain Valley Senior Center.
