SOUTHINGTON — At least one motorist was seriously injured, and the highway was shut down, in a crash on I-84 west Thursday morning, state police said. Life Star was headed to the crash scene, which is in the area of exits 31 and 30. Exit 31 is closed, Trooper Kelly Grant said.
