Serving Up Soul

There were long lines for lunch Tuesday as USC Lancaster hosted its eighth-annual Soul Food Cook-Off, a fundraiser for the Thelathia Barnes Bailey Textbook Scholarship. Bailey, founder of the event and TRIO director at USC Lancaster, passed away in 2016. The winners at this year’s event included: ◆ Founders Federal Credit Union – Best Main Dish, for grilled chicken wrapped in bacon.
