Seven Weeks After Parole For Ferndale Robbery, Man Charged With Larceny At City Restaurant

A career criminal convicted of unarmed robbery in Ferndale a few years ago is back in court on charges he tried to steal money from a restaurant in the city seven weeks after he was paroled from prison.At the time of the crime in 2015 he had been on parole for only nine days.Alfonso Andrews, 51, of Pontiac is due in Ferndale 43rd District Court on Thursday for a hearing on a charge of larceny from a person.
