The Showtime College Prep baseball team of Vancouver improved to 3-0-1 in pool play at the 17th annual 18U WWBA National Championship in Cartersville, Ga., outside of Atlanta. On Saturday, Showtime defeated East Cobb Colt 45s of Marietta, Ga., 2-1, and 643 DP Cougars Sterling, also of Marietta, 5-4. Drew Steelhammer and Connor Coerper were both 2 for 3 against East Cobb.
