Simon Property Improves Finance Plan For General Growth

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Mall owner Simon Property Group Inc. said Thursday it has improved an offer it made earlier this month to help finance the bankruptcy exit of its biggest rival, General Growth Properties.
