I'm looking for ideas to simplify my eating. Most advice I get boils down to cooking my own food from scratch. I really like that advice from a health standpoint, but I'm not convinced of it's simplicity. In order to cook from scratch, I have to grocery shop more, I spend more time than I would like chopping vegetables and cooking, I need an awful lot of cooking equipment to properly prepare things, and it seems much more expensive than buying foods that are somewhat processed.
