Singapore Tightens Rules For Entry From China

Singapore has more reported cases of the novel coronavirus than any country outside of China, including two new cases from Westerdam passengers. CNN's Cyril Vanier speaks with Lawrence Wong, the co-chair of the multi-ministry task force on the coronavirus for Singapore, to discuss new rules the country has put into place.
