Sioux City Union Seeks Amendments To Contract, Citing Collective Bargaining Overhaul

SIOUX CITY | The president of a union that represents hundreds of city employees says the union will seek contract extensions with substantial changes to employee health benefits Monday due to an impending overhaul of Iowa's collective bargaining law.
