Seraphina Taylor said her children’s friends are reluctant to visit her Hyde Park home because they’ll face questions and pat-downs.She takes the extra precautions around outsiders since the shooting death of her son, Otis Carl Taylor, in 2001. She said he was murdered in front of people whom he considered friends, but they haven’t come forward with information to help police find a killer.“For the sake of my granddaughter and my other grandchildren, I need somebody to tell the truth,” Taylor, 50, said.
