Slaying Suspect Court Date Delayed Again

A Florida court date for slaying suspect Daniel Nelson Robinson has been delayed for another week. Robinson remains in a Jacksonville, Fla., jail awaiting extradition to Columbia County in the slaying of Bill DaVitte on Aug. 15. Police said Robinson shot DaVitte, 55, and injured his wife Jenny outside Marvin United Methodist Church before fleeing to Jacksonville, where he was apprehended after a police chase. read more
