The Big Apple is bracing for the first snowfall of the season — albeit a small one, officials announced. Rain is expected to begin around 6 a.m. Tuesday and transition to a “light rain, snow mix” by noon, NYC Emergency Management Commissioner Deanne Criswell told reporters during a briefing Monday.
