An inch or so of snow fell in the Vancouver area late Sunday. It was the first wintry weather since Christmas and set the stage for what will likely be slick roads on Monday morning. Because Monday is Presidents Day, schools and government offices are closed, reducing traffic. But motorists should be prepared for snow and black ice.
