South Side Recycling Plant Damaged By Fire Faces More Complaints

The Columbus city attorney’s office has filed two new complaints about violations at businesses owned by the man who owns the South Side recycling operation damaged by fire on May 1. The cases were filed in Franklin County Environmental Court against Phoenix Recycling operations at 521 Marion Rd. and 1879-1920 Federal Parkway, both on the South Side.
