Southfield police are seeking the public's help in identifying a motorist who fatally struck a pedestrian on Greenfield Road Nov. 23 and fled.James Ruby, 78, of Royal Oak, was crossing Greenfield from the west to east side, south of 11 Mile Road, at about 6:40 p.m. when he was struck by a southbound vehicle, police said.
