Eastpointe City Council members will meet at 6 p.m today to discuss a contract counter-offer from the finalist hoping to fill the vacant city manager's post.The council offered a contract Daniel Berlowitz of Bellevue, Neb., last week. Berlowitz responded with a counter-offer on salary and the length of the contract.
