WOODSTOCK – A Spring Grove-area man – charged with aggravated driving under the influence after a crash on June 26 that killed his passenger – had a blood-serum level of .150 when he was found in the woods near his vehicle, according to a search warrant obtained by the Northwest Herald. Ryan Heineman, 33, was driving a Jeep early in the morning that crashed into a tree on Route 12, east of Sunset Road, police have said.
