The two biggest questions in St. Augustine this weekend seem to be: Is the 450th celebration for locals or visitors? And are you going? The opening hours of the party showed that there probably aren’t any definitive answers. Certainly a lot of residents took advantage of the entertainment options downtown as America’s oldest city celebrates a milestone birthday.
