St. Clair Shores city officials are expected to approve a $2.4 million sewer project Tuesday now that questions about a contractor's job experience and key employees have been addressed.The City Council is scheduled to award the 10 Mile Sanitary Relief Sewer project to Brownstown-based M-K Construction Company, according to city officials and agenda material.
