A 31-year-old Aurora man was arrested after an 11-year-old girl told police he kidnapped and sexually assaulted her while she was on her way to the bus stop, according to the Aurora Police Department. Mulenda is a registered sex offender who was charged with sex assault on a child, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and third-degree assault in Adams County in 2019.
