So it is with the Rockies’ 2021 trade of star third baseman Nolan Arenado to the Cardinals.
As word of the trade leaked out, Sports Illustrated wrote: “Years from now, what transpired in the baseball world on Jan. 29, 2021, will be remembered as the Friday Night Heist.

A severe storm is sweeping across Colorado Saturday, bringing with it heavy rain, golf ball-sized hail and damaging winds, according to the National Weather Service.
The greatest threat of severe weather hovers over the plains eastward of Greeley, but storms are expected to start around noon across Colorado, NWS forecasters said.
Large hail of up to two inches in diameter — approximately golf ball-sized — and damaging winds of up to 75 mph are the main threats, forecasters said.

Hunter Biden’s trial on gun charges brought by his father’s Justice Department has put on full display tawdry and embarrassing details about the president’s son, all while first lady Jill Biden watches from the courtroom in Wilmington, Delaware.
Prosecutors on Friday rested their case accusing Hunter Biden of lying when he swore that he was not a drug user on a federal form to buy a gun in October 2018.
Marjorie Taylor Greene is becoming more and more mentally disturbed, and I have a theory why, which I explain in the video.
But no matter the reason, this week she lost her mind threatening Dr. Fauci in hearings, tossing out profanities with a reporter, attacking her own party (it must be why they love her--they realy love her!) on soon-to-be jailed Steve Bannon.
Marge is embarrassingly angry, even by the usual low standards we apply to her mental state.
