St. Marys' Missing Chicken Greeter Comes Home

The Associated Press ST. MARYS, W.Va. - St. Marys residents are celebrating the return of Chuck the Chicken.The American Mix breed was a downtown fixture, roaming from business to business, until she disappeared on Sept. 22. Many residents consider Chuck the town's unofficial greeter, and the chicken has her own Facebook page.Chuck's owner, Sheila Smith, tells The Parkersburg News and Sentinel that a woman returned Chuck to her on Tuesday.
