St. Paul Man Charged With Manslaughter In Accidental Fatal Shooting Of Cousin

Two colonels in the State Guard of Ukraine, which protects top officials, were detained on suspicion of enacting the plan drawn up by Russia’s Federal Security Service, a statement said.
