Defenseman Dillon Heatherington signed a two-way contract with the Stars on Monday for the 2018-19 season, general manager Jim Nill said.Heatherington, 23, made his NHL debut last season and appeared in six games with the Stars. He had one assist and 26 penalty minutes. He spent the majority of the season with the AHL's Texas Stars, appearing in 55 games and recording 17 points and 47 penalty minutes.
