Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced Thursday that he and state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman plan to pursue a lawsuit against the federal government to force continued dredging of the Hudson River if the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency accepts that PCB cleanup is complete.
