PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota is setting aside $300,000 to help the state's retailers install ethanol storage tank units at gas stations. The Governor's Office of Economic Development announced this week that it earmarked the funds for its Ethanol Infrastructure Incentive Program.
