NEW YORK (TheStreet -- It's been a long while since the market has fixated on a decision by the Federal Open Market Committee like it is on the culmination of the central bank's latest two-day meeting on Wednesday. Not that any decision is expected, of course. Virtually no one believes the committee will raise rates or suddenly curtail QE2 tomorrow afternoon.
