Arapahoe County sheriff’s deputies were involved in a shooting — and someone was taken to a hospital — on Wednesday, but officials would not say whether that person was shot. Officials have not said what led to the shooting, which they only would characterize as an “officer-involved shooting.” Just after 4 p.m., the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office warned on social media about a heavy police presence in the 4500 block of South Himalaya Circle, just south of Aurora and east of Quincy Reservoir.
