BLOUNTVILLE — The Sullivan County Commission likely will not vote Monday on hiring an engineering firm to design a new road leading to the new high school to be built off Interstate 81’s Exit 63, based on discussion of the issue during a commission work session Thursday night. Commissioner Sherry Grubb announced she will pull the resolution from the agenda.
