Summa Health System and a group of local doctors are more than $14 million apart in an escalating dispute over the sales price for Western Reserve Hospital’s building in Cuyahoga Falls.The majority physician owners of the hospital business want to buy the property for $5.6 million based on their appraiser’s review, according to documents filed in Summit County Common Pleas Court this week.
