The man suspected of stabbing his 18-month-old son to death in Ventura on Friday was transported to county jail on Monday after being released from the Ventura County Medical Center.Police said Adrian Navarrete-Gonzalez, 28, called police on Friday saying his son was dead at his home along the 400 block of Crocker Avenue.Navarrete-Gonzalez was taken to VCMC where he was treated for stab wounds to his torso, police said.Police arrested him on suspicion of homicide.
