WARWICK, R.I. -- A suspended Providence patrolman was arraigned Friday on charges of sending messages threatening to break the bones of a Johnston doctor who'd denied him prescription medication and referred him to mental-health treatment.It was the third felony arrest in three months for Officer Scott D. Logan, a 20-year police veteran, who is now being held at the Adult Correctional Institutions as a bail violator on this latest case.
