The NYPD Bomb Squad investigated a report of a suspicious package in Chelsea Sunday – before determining it was merely discarded computer equipment, authorities said. A large police response turned up at West 23rd Street and 10th Avenue around 2:15 p.m. and was just blocks away from where a pressure cooker bomb exploded Sept. 17 and injured 29 people.
