Premier Health, a hospital system that includes Atrium Medical Center in Middletown and Atrium Health Center in Mason as well as medical offices in Warren and Butler counties, today named Barbara Johnson as the next chief operating officer. Johnson joined Dayton-based Premier in 2003 and rose to be chief human resource officer.
