Screams from roller coasters and growls from animals will soon be heard by Busch Gardens' patrons as the Tampa theme park has won reopening approval from the city and Hillsborough County. Theme parks have been closed since mid-March due to the coronavirus pandemic. Tampa Mayor Jane Castor sent a letter to Busch Gardens on Friday morning signing off on its reopening plans, a city spokeswoman said.
