FORTY FORT — Zach Graham and Eric Kuhn first bonded over a love of fashion. The duo met in graduate school at Marywood University in Scranton and found common ground in their love of clothes and career aspirations. “We knew that we wanted to go into the fashion world somehow,” said Graham, 24, of Scranton. They did just that, opening The Haberdashery in the Rutter 900 complex this month. When they met, Kuhn, 31, of Dickson City, was working at Friedman’s Clothier in Dunmore, but when owner Phil Friedman decided to close his store at the end of 2016, Kuhn and Graham saw an opportunity to team up. Originally, the pair was looking at possible storefronts in Scranton, but after Friedman suggested Rutter Avenue to Kuhn, he looked at the location. “I came and checked it out, and I loved what I saw,” Kuhn said. Kuhn and Graham said the building, which is filled with other small businesses such as Canteen 900 and The Shop barbershop, was the perfect location for the store.
