NEW YORK (AP) — A financial services company and a technology firm have signed five-year leases at New York City's One World Trade Center. The Durst Organization and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey announced Tuesday that Tinypass and Casablanca Capital LLC will move into the skyscraper.
