Technology Credit Union has hired veteran banker Robert Sherrard to oversee its commercial real estate lending operations. The San Jose-based credit union said Sherrard, senior vice president of commercial real estate, is tasked with growing that loan portfolio for Tech CU. He is expected to concentrate on owner-occupied and investor-owned office, mixed-used, warehouse, light industrial, retail and multi-family properties. The lender announced his hiring Wednesday.
